●Visual search (about gestalt and contrast)
The human brain is wired to see patterns, logic, structure. In the 1920s, a group of German psychologists developed theories around how people perceive the world around them, called "Gestalt" principles. This is applicable when studying design.
"Contrast" is the juxtaposition of opposing elements (opposite colours, value light / dark, direction horizontal / vertical). The greater the contrast, the more something will stand out and call attention to itself.

●Brief reflection
After this exercise, I could understand foundation of design principles. The impression would be change by focusing these design principles. I can't wait to improve my design skill. I'm just looking forward to learn a lot of things of design from now.
